ABOUT ME

Katie is a 21 year old professional freestyle Snowboarder from Brighouse, England. After starting Snowboarding from the age of 5 and Gymnastics from the age of 4,  Katie quickly realised that she had a passion for sport.

Katie trained at the plastic dry slopes of Halifax, West Yorkshire as well as being a competitive Gymnast until she was 16. This all contributed to her many successes and becoming British Champion at the age of 14, which lead to her becoming the youngest member of GB Park and Pipe.

At 16 years old, Katie shocked the planet by becoming the first female in the World to land a backside double cork 1080. This kick-started her road to many World Cup podiums, including a World Cup Gold, X games Bronze and Air & Style Silver. Katie also became an Olympian at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games.
